In my desperation to find a job, I fell for this company's offer to honestly review and critique my resume. The $15.00 fee for unbiased feedback sounded like a great way of getting more interview opportunities. The web site indicates a response within 72 hours of payment, however I have not heard anything for a week. I have emailed and called and gotten no response. I have filed a dispute with Paypal and will continue to fight to get my money back. Although it's only $15.00, I cannot afford to lose any money right now. I think it's a shame that anyone could take advantage of people in this economy.
