We hired NEO sound to be our full time sound company. An agreement was made that Mr. Anderson would purchase $1500.00 worth of lights, that I personally took money out to buy for him. He was unable to afford the lights, but begged us to help him out. In turn Mr. Anderson agreed to pay me $60.00 per night, of which he was being paid by the band for these lights. In his words. "it was money he would not have otherwise" I agreed to fund this for him with the hopes that it would be paid back in a fairly short period of time. The long story short is that Mr. Anderson made $1,140.00 and paid me $480.00 total over a 4 month period.

As time went on Mr. Anderson began to come up with excuse after excuse as to why he couldn't pay the $60.00. We also began to notice that his equipment and abilities were way below our expectations for a sound company. The equipment was always breaking down. He would show up with half the PA because he rented out the other half to another band. At one job Mr. Anderson started to pack his PA up half way through the gig, because we told him we were not happy with the way we sounded and it was his fault.

As a result of the very poor service we received, we had to let Mr. Anderson owner of NEO Sound go as our sound company. I would not recommend NEO Sound as a good company to work with in any way.
