finley properties shelley finley false misrepensation claiming to be the owner and was not. a top notch slumlord dublin, Ohio

ms finley rented a trailor to me august 2010. around novenber i told her and her husband the pipes need wrapped and it needed insulation or the pipes would freeze. ms finley refused to do any repairs. in march i told the property managers shirley and tommy bennett i needed repairs and i had them come to the property and showed them the inside of the trailor. the kitchen cabinet was falling in the pipes were leaking floors rotting out and windows were not finished some would not shut and etc. they called the landlord she refused to fix it. i discovered in may shelley didnot own the trailor nicki helms did and shelley refused to do any repairs but threatened me if i did not pay rent to her. reapirs gort worse and i continued to complain... called helath dept out cause of black mold and recieved an evcition noticce.. sheelley finley of finley properties sells and rents trailors without owning them and audtior was notified in chamapaign county urbana ohio. what do i do now
