this company is selling ivory bangles and jewelry which is illegal, and supports the horrific murder of elephants. this is an abomination, when I call to complain they hang up the phone. No class, no integrity. Stay away from this company, just boycott and complain to your cable providers.

It is legal to sell vintage ivory`

AUTHOR: Stacey - Atlanta (U.S.A.)

I am a good customer of The Gem Shopping Network, and I have bought numerous old ivory Netsukes from Japan. The woman who complained about selling ivory has no idea what she is talking about. Anything made of ivory before the pre-1940 ban in the U.S. can be sold. As a matter of fact, Gem Shopping puts up pre-1940's ban when they are showing old estate pieces.
