i have written a report, We stayed at Intown suits Cincinnati Ohio, it was LOUD we could not sleep,they did not care,I am disabled which landed me in the hospital,They did not help the disabled get out of the room when the fire alarms went off,they did not ask us to evacuate, they have little to no security,and do NOT answer the phone. This was a carpenter job,so we stayed at the suite, it was a disaster,I complained and they will NOT return my call.I am seaking justification.
