this photographer posted pictures of a sexual nature with kids. then bullied and harassed the mother of one of the children in the photos trying to get them removed.

If what you say is true, there are numerous law enforcement agencies that would be quite eager to both remove the pictures and arrest the person that posted them. Why do I get the feeling that your story is not quite what you say it is?
