Boost Mobile Using my minutes & Stealing my personal information Nationwide

I activated my boost mobile phone on November 17, 2008 and i only used it a few times and since then many 800 numbers have been calling and i dont even answer them...i noticed my minutes being used so i went on boostmobile.com to check the activity...in the middle of the night text messages and web usage is happening while i am asleep....i look at the physical phone and no messages or signs of my phone being used is on the physical phone itself? Then i noticed that they had my address as PO Box 54966 Irvine California 92619 so i edited it to the correct information and changed the account pin number...the very next day the address was changed back to the california one and my secret question had also been changed back? How is this happening? I have also had a previous boyfreind find out that i had boost mobile without even telling everyone how could this happen? I am concerned because i am in a domestic violence situation and it seems that this phone is accesible to anyone who wants to find me? I am just wondering what is going on and how people can easily get my information? I never even told anyone my name or phone number. But now i see that it is listed under me in california and i have an illinois phone number??? Can anyone help with these questions? How are they using my minutes without having my phone?
