Jayel Cyrene Gregory Court FRAUD, Child Abuser, Alcoholic, Self Admitted Psychotic, Vengeful, promiscuous Melbourne Florida

This woman took a child from his "alleged father" and immediately filed a court order for Child Support to be garnished from his paychecks while he was already paying her out of pocket pas per their verbal agreement....

She was AWARDED 884$ a month to care for one child...among her "expenses" was 100$ a week for gas!!!!! and 50$ a week for clothes......she claimed she made 8.50$ hrly; but she really made 10$ hrly ... she also used a FRAUDULENT financial affidavit that was filled out and signed & dated almost 11 months prior to filing......

Since her child support was awarded she moved out of her parents house (leaving child behind) and has begun to get numerous expensive colorful full length elbow to shoulder tattoos with her awarded judgment....

She spends all of her free time drinking.....

The father no longer has any contact with said child, as per Florida law if a man does not marry a woman before the child is born, he has no fatherly rights to visitation!?!?!?!?!?......

So; now he is paying her to basically hold his alleged son hostage in such a manner as we cannot even get a DNA test (she is promiscuous and cheated the last 3 months of their relationship) She didn't even know if he was the father when the child was born hence her giving the boy her last name even though they had reunited their relationship and were engaged by the time of the birth.....

she moved out of the fathers house and took the child only 2 o r 3 days a week, while he payed her money (200$monthly) even though he had the child most of the time.....this was the pattern for 2.5 years.....

Then in December of 05' the father met Me....and then the mother stated to the father "I want to leave my boyfriend and get back with you" when she was with a man that she had previously left HIM for?! o.0... when he said NO...and tat he had found someone else...she became enraged and snatched the child from his arms and peeled out of the parking lot......

days later we got harassing phone calls from the mother (she searched for our # we did not give it to her) claiming that the father had abused the child (that he had not seen since she took him) and when I did not hand over the phone so she could scream at the father the way she was screaming at me she began to start calling me terrible names....so I hung up....then she called back so I let the machine pick it up....when she actually threatened to drive over and kill him (I still have this message saved) I also have written emails detailing how she is not through with him by far and she has more revenge!?!? 0.o ........

ALL THE WHILE THE COURTS DID NOTHING BUT TAKE THIS PSYCHO FOR HER WORD AND NOT LET THE MAN GET IN A WORD EDGEWISE.

this all so sad because the chilD preferred his father to his mother...he would FREAK OUT/SCREAM/CRY/POUT/HIDE HIMSELF OR HIS SHOES when we would go to bring him to his mothers house;

and he would cry "why are you doing this to me?",

BREAKS MY HEART TO HEAR THIS FROM A 4 YEAR OLD.......

But the law won't let me help him... even when he tells me that the bruises on his legs came from his mommy and when he says that "she was mad,she hit him and she hated him" ....

I reassured him that he was wrong and that his mother loved him...
(even though I was sure she didn't love anything but herself)

somebody should save this boy from the wreck that is called his mother...but the courts stand firm in their justification that a birth mother can do..... ALMOST ANYTHING TO HER CHILD IN THIS COUNTRY AND KEEP IT
