First this individual can not be referred to as a "Man" because he does not fit the description. In 2004 public record in Sacramento County reflects that 'he' physically assaulted and battered his now ex wife; Locking her in the closet and choking her until she nearly died all in front of their child. This individual stalked the mother, coerced and manipulated the mother into giving up her child which in her mind would stop the episodes of harrasment and stalking. Nevertheless it continued. The wife went through a traumatic episode in her life and would use their son as leverage in anyway possible it was in his mind a way of forcilby bonding her for the rest of her life. This individual "claims" that he has saw the light after attending a "Domestic Violence" course however that was only a public act because behind doors it is a different story. A 3 year restraining order was placed upon this individual expiring in June of 2007. The now ex wife thought he was a changed man however as soon as the restraining order expired this Mr. Wroe character became Mr. Hyde. In addition he uses his company prowess as a recruiter to meet women. His fiance complains of his womanizing as well as the domestic violence that is occuring in her home however she is unwilling to come forward as she is still in "love." The most remarkable thing is that he has planted children throughout the state but non of the women want him to be a part of their child's life. Caution this man is very manipulative constantly meeting women on internet websites such as myspace. He also is very passive aggressive and has a habit of punching holes in the wall when angered. Caution do not date this man.
