Idaho Child Support Services Illegaly inforced a reduction in child support funds Pocatello Idaho

When one child emancipated after a divorce and there were no provisions in the decree as to how to reduce child support payments, Randy L Norton and his Lawyer Greg May concocted a document that consisted of new calculations for one child and attached my signature from the divorce dcree signed a year and a half previously.
Also despite the regulations stated in Idaho Child Support Guidelines, Mr Norton never claimed his full gross income.
Mr Norton then hand carried the document to Child Support Services in Pocatello ID and they enforced it despite my protests and their claim on their web site that they are not to accept any documents not signed by the court and delivered by a court liasion.
A lawyer told me this was a form of Identity theft, but no one in the chain of command from my case worker (who accepted and enforced the document)all the way up to the Govenor of the state of Idaho was concerned.

omg!! i'm so glad i found this site! Idaho child support recieved payments from the father of my daughter for 15+ years, and never notified me whatsoever, and they knew where i was, cause they had to forward all my paperwork to california when i moved!
they collected over 10,000.00 from early 1990's, and it was i who contacted them in 2006 to find out if any monies was ever paid by the dad. (the dad would tell my daughter here and there, over the years, that he was paying support, even tho i had never recieved 1 penny...so i decided to call them),and i'll be darned if they said they had over 10 grand for me!!!
its been a nitemare ever since, and i am preparing to sue them this month 1/2012. i can't wait to finally get the answers to my questions that they have refused to answer for 6 + years now. the supervisors phone numbers have been disconnected, there email addresses come back as not valid etc etc not sure about a class litigation, but im workn on my case?

I am not surprised by the cut and paste job in the original report. Nor the the fact that they had misaccounted for 10K noted in the response.
I have over 92K due to me, they REFUSE to enforce. AND they will not bring my financial records up to date to match the enforcing state. Even though I have provided these records...they insist they can not accept them from me. Yet for some reason the state of CA just won't respond to them. Yet I have had no issues get the information I need from CA.
I am being told I can not sue them for lack of enforcement. I am raising 2 boys (one is disabled)on my own. I am continually told that they have requested and update from CA. Yet they never get any new information and no action is taken.
Once my boy reached over the age of 12 I no longer had daycare, yet he needed supervision (being disabled) so I was required to work less hours. Not to mention time off for IEP meetings, all kinds of appointments. I need this support now more then ever. Get this...they even know where he is!
Idaho's Department of Health and Welfare...FAILS both it's children and their parents. Very sad.
