Milwaukee County Child Support Enforcement I am paying child support to myself! Milwaukee Wisconsin

My Husband and I seperated after 18 years. I applied and received a child support award for 1,100 a month. That was a year ago.I had never received a single payment, nor did they enforce it either.I am waiting and waiting for my tax return, with no avail. Then I receive a notice that I am finaly getting a child support payment! yeigh me! I thought. Not.... I got the payment alright, but the retards, intercepted my tax return, because we filed a joint return, and payed me my child support with my own tax return! I also went to sell marital property, to pay mortgage, but low and behold, they have a lein on my own property! You cant get threw on the phone, the recording is of a woman who talks like a snail, with a mouth full of c###.So I have to go there, and pay for parking.But then they tell me "I should have filed a injured spouse form" I asked whats that? she shrugged her shoulders,gee thanks guys for all that enforcement!
