Our son in law decided, after our daughter left him, that he no longer wanted to, nor had to pay his loan payment to us. He has totally ignored us for a year now. Refuses to talk, refuses to send one single dime of the $24,000.00 that he still owes us. We gave him a personal loan out of the goodness of our hearts in order for him to consolidate his bills into one, low interest loan, so he could get out of debt within 5 years. He payed the loan payment for 1 year but when our daughter broke it off with him, for good reason, he stopped paying.

We have no legal recourse because we were STUPIED and trusted him. After all, he was an airline captain for Piedmont and came from a good family with alot of money so we never wrote up anything or had him sign anything. Every month we struggle to make his $578.00 loan payment and every month I want to strangle him. His family knows what he has done but have not been able to get him to pay us.

Beware of Neal Alders Jr., he is a pathological lier and a professional parasite!

Neal's $30,000.00 debt was his own!

I wanted to add that when Neal met our daughter he was in debt for at least $30,000.00. Our daughter had no idea, but when it all came out that's when we decided to help him. We wanted him and our daughter to be able to have a fresh start and help him get his credit cleaned up. He said he had been stupied and foolish in the past with his money and it would never happen again.

After the loan was given to him we were supposedly the only one he owed money to and making that monthly payment should have been a piece of cake. What we didn't know was that he didn't pay off all his debt and started to take out loans and accumulate more credit card debt again.

Neal has a habit of constantly borrowing money and always being broke. You play hell getting it back when he owes you.

We are good Christian people who are very caring and generous but we will not be that foolish and stupied ever again. Beware of this guy! He cannot be trusted!

The purpose of this update is to acknowledge and report that the dispute between us and Neal Alders Jr. regarding the repayment of his personal loan has resolved to our satisfaction and all claims regarding said loan have been satisfied. No additional action is warranted.
