Budget Brothers termite and pest elimination sure charged by debit card but NEVER came to my house to perform any service phoenix, Arizona

On Nov 4,2010 I called Budget Brothers for my homes annual inspection of termites the receptionist took my payment of $120.00 over the phone she charged my card and told me she had no openings until Dec 9,2010 between 9a.m and 1p.m I said fine I'll take it. The day of my appointment came it was 20 mins until 1 o'clock and no one had shown up yet.I called the company to see what was going on the receptionist told me there was nothing scheduled for my home to be inspected I then asked her how could this be I've already paid you and scheduled this a month ago.She looked up my info and said she did see where the payment had already been processed so I said if no one can come out today can I just have my money back, she said she'd check and call rite back.She did call back I missed that call but returned it rite away another receptionist answered I explained what happened she transferred me to her supervisor Jeff I didn't say one word when he told me "first of all your not getting your money back so don't ask that again" I was upset I cursed him out he said some stuff back and hung up. I called back the lady answered I said isn't there anyone else to talk to cause this guy is arrogant he doesn't care she said no and there was no talking to her either I called another number that's on their website hoping to speak with anyone else but no guess who answered Jeff did I was clear with him and told him "I don't want to talk to you let me talk with someone else" he hung up on me so I let my husband deal with it. My husband left him a message but Jeff hasn't called back he took our money and never did any service I hope this helps people to not pay Jeff anything he's a bad bad business man.
