This business is dishonest about the amount of work to be performed for bat removal and what needs to be done. The owner, Dan Eaton, stated that four men were required and that several excluders would be installed. He then measured the perimeter of the house and stated that it had to be sealed. Two men for less than two hours work to install one excluder and remove it for over $2500 dollars. They did not seal the perimeter. When requested to refund the cost for not sealing the house, which Dan quoted at $7 per foot for 300 feet, he refused. This is a very exorbitant price for two men to work for less than two hours. Also, when asked to make out the check in his personal name, rather than the company name, should have been a red flag.

The person that filed this claim..had agreed to go to arbtration..upon complaint from them I immedently sent a crew out( in his own words filed by the BBB) to fix any problems he was un happy with.upon arrival he asked them to leave that he didnt want them on his property.. As far as the check was concerned he asked if there was a discount for cash i did give him a 10% dicount witch he wrote in my name..I told them at time of of our first contact that to check around that there are other companys and that they might find someone to do it cheaper..the fact is they do not have any bats that the job we where contacted to do was done and we where not given the oppurtunity to fix anything he was not happy with.. The incident in Evans, Georgia went to BBB arbitration and was decided in our favor. They did not find our service/agreement to be fraudulent.

We did the work as agreed on in the contract. The requirements for wildlife management for us to comply with state licensing guidelines represent hours of training and experience to do a job quickly and efficiently.

As to having a check made out in my name, I occasionally [rarely] have cause to do that but both my name and the business name are on my account. We have been in business here many years and do our best to provide excellent service to every customer.

As much as we regret any issue or misunderstanding, we make an effort to resolve complaints as fairly and quickly as possible. Sometimes that just doesn't happen.
