Internet order for auslox, grass control product,  on September 17, 2010. Never received product. Have called many times, emailed many times, left many voice mails, no one ever calls back, a lady twice told me someone would call and they never did. Sent certified letter requesting refund, with no response. Just wnat my refund. Order was #9380 for $321.00.

To correct the RipOff report: Donn placed order with Parsons Pest Control/Management in Dallas in September, and has not received product. Parsons will not respond to request for refund totally $321.00
