I called Quality Pro to remove bats and seal all openings throughout the exterior of the house. When the representative of the company, the owner, came to my house to do the work following a pre-inspection of the job, I gave him an envelop containing that day, $1500.00 cash. No receipt was provided in spite of my request for one.
Two men proceeded to work at my home, which was less than 3 hours. They never returned to the job nor was my cash returned.

I called the office three times, and received excuses of why the owner wasn't available to return to the job at that time due to vacations, etc. He never returned to complete work,.
