A & E Pest Control Never Hire Eric For Your Pest Problems ! Unprofessional, Undependable, Unorganized! Winder Georgia

If we made a mistake we are very sorry. December and the first of 2007 were not real good times. We moved the entire business to a new location in December. We had only 2 weeks to get moved. The first of 2007 my step-father was told he had cancer, we lost him on Feb. 15th. This is not an excuse for not doing my job as there really should not be an excuse. We have customers that give us the wrong phone number or change them and not call us with the new one. We have some customers who sign a one year contract, when we contact them back they don't have any problems and say they don't need us anymore.

That is ok, as a lot of people really don't want to be serviced on a regular schedule.

This person said they had an ant problem in December, around here ants in December are not real common. We also were only doing Quarterly for ant the only Monthly services we do are for Roaches. We have never serviced anyone on a weekly basis.

We have very few customers who pay us before the job is done and I like to keep it that way.

If there is a problem that we can fix we would like to try.

To all concerned this is to let RipoffReport.com and others know that A & E felt really, bad about a customer that we had not lived up to what was promised. But after researching the customer list we believe this individual making the claims against A & E was never a customer but a family member with a grudge against the entire family not just Eric and Anita. This was just a way to get at some of us.

We have checked every new contract issued in December of 2006, and did not find any that we had started for ants. We did find 2 customers who are no longer with us, one was for roaches and we just never could get a good time to service their home (the owner is a nurse and works a lot of hours). The other one was for scorpions and lives in our neighborhood, and there the owner wanted us to treat more often, even when we know the chemicals last longer. He asked us to cancel his contract. This Information was pretty easy to come up with as in December 2006 we only had 7 new contracts for pest control.

If we have any present or past customer out there that is unhappy with A & E Pest Control, we would really like a chance to make things right. We are a very small company and we know that the happy customers might or might not tell anyone about us, but we also know that a customer that is unhappy, will definitely tell someone about us.

We at A & E Pest Control are willing to try and fix any problems if they are brought to our attention.
