ACUVUE® National Rebate Acuvue, 2011 ACUVUE® National Rebate Waiting 6 months, multiple phone calls and e-mails and no rebate!!! El Paso , Texas

I purchased 8 boxes of Acuvue Oasys Contact Lenses on 03/14/11 and paid with a debit card. I was promised a rebate of $60. I followed all of the instructions and mailed my rebate form along with all of my receipts the same week. I also have copies of all my documents - rebate form, receipts. I was told to wait 5-7 weeks. I checked my rebate status online and it stated that it was sent out on 05/23/11. I waited a couple of days to receive it but I never did. I called Acuvue and I was told by the representative to wait another couple of weeks. I waited and never received anything. I called in again and was told by another representative that she will issue another rebate for me because I never received mine. I waited another 5-7 weeks and nothing. I decided to write an e-mail on 08/04/11. I received a response the same day which stated:
Dear Ms. .........,
Thank you for contacting the ACUVUE® Rebate Center.
We have reviewed your rebate submission and our records indicate that your rebate has been shipped to our fulfillment center on July 7, so that they can ship it to the address on file. Please allow 5-6 weeks for delivery of your rebate award.
If you have any further questions, please reply to this email or call 1-888-565-8474 . Also, remember that you can check your status online @ www.acuvue.com/rebates.

It has been 2 months since the "second" rebate and I still haven't received anything. I e-mailed them today and no response. Please help me get my money back.
