I purchased Acuvue Oasys contacts and was to receive a $65.00 rebate. After completing all requirements including sending 5 of the box tops out of eight boxes and waiting for at least 8 weeks I received a letter that said I did not send 5 box tops.

Way to get out of paying the rebate Acuvue!!!!!
Last time I purchase anything from them!!!!!!!!!!!
