I ordered contactlenses from Company Conceptlens by 19/01/2010.
I had technical issue when I ordered and I sent e-mail to them.
they supposed to contact to customer in 12hours.
I sent many e-mails,never replied to me.
I asked cancel this order still no reply.
after I cancelled the order,they updated status to in transit.but no tracking detail.
I'm still waiting for the parcel.
I paid £100.
Do Not Buy anything from this company!

After I reported this company,next day I received e-mail from them and I received contact lenses today.
