I want to the carter eye canter at the beginning of last year and they told me all about the "NEW" technology they had with lasik and to make a very long story short after I got the procedure and studied what it was after it was taking me longer to see well and I found out it was just the same old blade lasik that they claimed they were not going to do on me. Now my vision is worse that it was and I am out the money I paid them. I let them know that I was on to their scam and basicly they have just told me to file a lawsuit if I want to. I do not have the money to do this. I just want to warn others about Dr. Harvey L. Carter and the Carter eye center. Do not make the same mistake I did.

Dr. Carter performed Lasik on both eyes in 2001. He was courteous. His staff was courteous. It went perfectly with the results I was told to expect.

I had my LASIK done by Dr. Carter and I couldn't be happier. His staff worked with me financially and I am able to see 20/20! Best investment I ever made.
To the original post, how could you afford LASIK but not a small claims lawyer?
