First off, it took about 3 months for me to get this point.  I ordered 2 pair of glasses.  One single vision and the other computer glasses.  I received the glasses in good condition but noticed the lenses were too thick.  Not liking the lenses I decided to order a thinner lense and to add A/R coating. I did this by email.  a few weeks later I received the lenses only to discover 2 probems.  The single vision lenses were done correctly but did not fit the lenses, the computer glasses were only single vision they did not have the bifocal on it.  I complained to customer service and decided I would send them back with the frame this time, so they could put the lenses in the frames assuring the lenses were cut correctly and to also to correct the bifocal lenses which were done with single vision lenses.  A month later (after I sent several emails asking where my order was) I received the order.  I received the exact same thing I had previously received!  No bifocal added!  I kept asking the guy "what is it you don't understand about the bifocal being missing"  He came up with every excuse in the book.  Said I never ordered bifocals and I then sent him every email we exchanged talking about the bifocal being missing, then said the bifocals didn't come in the thinner lenses I choose etc. etc....  I am giving up now.  I have thrown out the pair of bifocals and I will order another pair from someone else who knows what they are doing. When I told him I was going to give him a bad review for the order not being done correctly after several times and unanswered emails he response was silence. He did not return any of my emails.  Hence this report.  Wish I looked here before ordering from them.  Will never refer anyone to that website either.
