I ordered this product for my girlfriend and she ended up getting a rash from it after about 2 weeks with no signs of any improvement, I called to cancell and they said it was taken care of. then 2 weeks later BAM! credit card hit for 94 bucks? i called and they told me i didnt send the product back but i did and wrote the RMA number on it and all, still no refund. Contacted my bank and while they were investigating it , BAM they hit me again for another 94 bucks??? Bank said best way to handle it is to just close my account and reopen another one, because unless i had the exact amount they were going to electronically take, i could not stop it , so i am closing my account and writing the BBB and anyone else about this RIP OFF SITE!
