Nationwide Vision Tried to add additional fee's never discloded. A Real Rip Off on Prices. Rude treatment, Bad Customer Serivce & Relations Phoenix, Arizona

I went into Nationwide Vision for an eye exam. The Doctor was great, good exam. The problem started when I had to choose the frames and Lenses. The mark up on there frames where incredible. I told the salesperson and manager that I was going to shop around for the glasses. The exam was covered 100% by my insurance. After I told the manager I was going to shop around on the frames and lenses, his attitude changed and he said hey you owe us a $50.00 additional fee, and I asked him what this fee was for. He said "because you had to discuss your medical history with the doctor! I said what!!! You would think they would want to know your medical history. I told him there is no way I am going to pay this stupid added fee! He said we are going to bill you anyway and ask for me to give him back my eye exam prescription. I said Screw you and left. I am going to do everything possible to make sure this guy is fired. Karl Zeller. Watch this one!
