Went to clinic with wife showed previous lab reports ,no sperm , Dr Winslow said no problem. The day of egg retrieval and fertilization Dr Winslow said yes 9 sperms but only one survived after mouth to mouth. 3 days later yes, the egg is dividing, lets do the implantation. 2 weeks later , nurse calls after pregnancy test , sorry you are not pregnant anymore. And that is the last we heard from then after $13,000 . I put message in craig list inquiring about Dr Winslow and the Florida Institute for Reproductive Medicine , all I got were negative coments. I should have started there and saved $13,000. After the fiasco went to another clinic and they performed a test to see if there were any sperm they said no sperm . Lets do another procedure , testicular biopsy, no sperm then , before or will there be ever. Now Im starting to bring criminal charges against the FIRM and Dr Winslow. And then civil charges. There is another couple that I know that allready started civil lawsiut in Jacksonville FL.against the FIRM and Dr Kevin Winslow.

Threats to sue but no action I must be right, when they do not defend themselves.

I have been waiting for Winslow to sue me after threats from his attorney, but nothing, I would appreciate if those people who told me about their bad experience with Dr Winslow would post here. I did not want to but I'm forced to file criminal charges agains Dr Winslow and the FIRM for fraud.

A complaint has been filed with the Fl DEPT. Of Health .Faxes are being sent to IVF Clinics, Doctors and the media to make them aware the F.I.R.M. is in litigation for Medical Malpractice. And pickets are being organized with the help of the Rip Off and Rip Off Revenge comunity.

This is the latest on Dr Winslow and FIRM , I was wrong he has 2 lawsuits for malpractice and is tryting to settle one out of court . You can verify this by going to

Duval County Clerk of Court web site. My case is on the hands of a law firm and they will be presenting him with the lawsiut any day now.
