I researched several gender selections websites online. www.Genderlabs.com promised to give me a conception/gender selection software by becoming a member. They claim to be a non profit organization that is now donating their software to members.

So, I decided to become a member by donating and the minimum donation was $10. However, after donating, I didn't get any e-mail confirmation and was unable to download the promised software. Their website takes you to other advertisement pages that I was the least interested in.

I then proceeded to find a contact information. They had no phone numbers and I sent several e-mails to their support address and didn't get any replies.

Thankfully I paid using PayPal and am now trying to get my money back. The Paypal phone number listed for GenderLabs connected me to someone who hardly spoke English.

This is a big ripoff. Stay away from this website. I can't believe that they are getting away with this and taking advantage of parents to be after all the false information they have on their site. Stay away from Genderlabs.com!!!!!
