CHILD PROTECTIVE SERVICES CPS DSS CPS steals kids, Loves to tear families apart Blacksburg, South Carolina

 Hello all,

 Here in SC cps loves to sink their dirty little hands into families, I know first hand.

 I have joint custody of two of my children with my ex abussive husband. One week while my boys was at his house he left bruises on him.

My son went to school told teacher she called cps. Cps then comes to my house after talking with ex, I am in the middle of cleaning so cps worker removes my three kids from me. We go to court cps is asking a finding of neglect on me and a findind of essissve corpal punishment on my ex. Then Cps askes judge to give ex temporary legal custody of my two boys and place my 15 yearold in state custody. All this happened October, 2008, during one of our court sessions I had a police officer testify on my behalf about me baby sitting for him and he still would let me, he also told how my ex was found guilty of assualt and battiery on me, but cps and judge didn't care to hear.

Well, did all I had to do for them, I emailed our governor he then got in touch with cps the caseworker who removed my kids lost her job.

My lawyer just this week took cps back to court, judge ruled kids come home and the case closed.

If there is any one from South Carolina, please get in touch with me. A friend of mine and I are getting a ralley together to have in front of our state building. We are looking for people to join us to help REFORM CPS.
