Child support, recovery failed to get any child support owed to me. my father owes me $37,000 .my parents have been & my father hardly ever sent me any money, once every few months my father would only send me $25.
Child support, helps the fathers more then they do the kids! my father past away on 07/06/2006 he had a drinking problem, he always cared about buy beer besides pay his child support to me.
Know, my father past away 07/06/2006 & his family did not notifie me so I did not get to attend my own fathers funeral. Know, child support refuses to help me get any money owed to me from the last place he worked!
I am not the only person child support does this to!, I heard their was a new law passed that I could file for my fathers taxes next year for his failure to pay me child support!, my fahter never did care enough to pay me the money for my needs to live on. You, should be able to sue child support recovery for their failure to collect your child support & you should be able to sue the city for their negligence,
sense my father past away their is no way for me to collect my back child support. I, can file for his taxes in 2007 but it want be much sense he never hardly worked for the past 11 years!, I know he never cared for my mother! & all the hardships my father caused me I was just born .why should I or any other person who is facing with this situation like I am should not have to pay for our fathers sins!,
It doesn't make any sense that you have to fight for what you are entitle to these days! but things are different today!. I, am not the only one who is facing this situation they are alot of us but child support should be held accountable for their actions!, they never helped me to try to get any money when my father was alive for the past 10 years know sense he past away why should I accept anything different from child support. Child support, never helped me then so why should I accept them to help me know!.
We, should be able to sue the city for the negligence cause they help the dead beat fathers more then they do for us!, who are suffering hardships because of our deadbeat fathers!. I, will never be like my father nor will I drink my life away like he done & how his father done!, but they are not going to pass this diease to me & have my life ruin!, It gets me angry thinking about it!.
I, am ticked off @ the child support recovery people cause all they are doing is just collecting money not caring about the kids out their who is suffering!, cause their fahters did not care for their needs to make sure they had what they needed!, child support recovery helps the deadbeat fathers besides the kids like how child support treated me all these years!.

I know you are hurt and frustrated, but why do you think child support should be sued?? It is up to your father to make his payments. They can only do so much.
He is the one who was responsible for you, not them. They shouldn't have to chase down deadbeat parents, but sadly that is the reality.
What would you like child support to do??? Pay you what he owes your mother.

My, fahters family was also the problem in paying me child support they hated my mother cause she devorced him well she could not take his drinking & abuse any longer, my father past away last 07/2006 his
family didn't bother to notifie or invite me to his funeral. I, did not know my father dying until 08/2006 one month later his brother my uncle knew where I lived still his family brothers & sisters did not let me know, or invite me to his funeral. Like, I said his family hated my mother they did not want her @ his funeral but not to invite his own son
to his funeral is down right cruel.
His, family kepted him from paying child support the past 10 years know they where trying to be even more cruel & not invite me to his funeral, paying my mother back cause she devorced him. Know, one year later 08/2007 my mother & I are still trying to find out why he died he was only 46 years old he should not be
died, know with all my other problems this had to happen I will never be able to have a life of my own or be in peace. I, can't have a good life because of all these problems that I did not cause.
Well, there is an investgator in the town my father was living in looking into things & the district attorney office looking into things, well there is no sense trying child support sense my fahter past away.
I, just have to say this life has been unfair to me but I keep moving on day buy day.

I, would also like to add to my report that my father also had some insurance policys & his sisters & brothers got the money when he died sense I was his son I should have gotten the money not them, the
district attorney is also looking into this. Also, they could have gotten fraudlent insurance policy on my father, they don't deserve any money
my fathers family did not want anything to do with him they kicked him out 10 years ago why should they get any money from my fahter they
hated him. I, will also bring legal action agaisnt the town he lived in & agaisnt his family.
His, family didn't deserve any money sense they didn't want anything to do with him.

Child support is NOT owed TO THE CHILD....it is owed to the custodial parent for the care of the minor child..translation: the money was owed to your mother, not to you directly. Even if the state were to recover this money after your 18th birthday, it still does not go to you.
Don't even start the "discrimnation" rant or "people want to attack me" rant...just stating a cold, hard fact.

Yes, we are entitled to the money but my fahter never paid his last payment was in 2000 child support never really helped I hope one day they get theres for prolonging our problems my dad owes $30,000 due
to interest, but sense he past away last 07/2006 there is no way I will never see that money. Know, even to make my problem even worse his family had to pull this mess keeping the insurance money to
themselves they do not deserve any, insurance money sense they kicked him out 10 years ago & he was living on his own ever sense some how he found his way to this small town in treaton georgia.
I, should have deserved that money sense I was his only son but his family lied saying he had no kids, so what are u able to do?.
I, did not know my father had died until one month later 08/2006 so I was kepted in the dark like I said in my earlier post life has not been fair to me.
So, the people on this site can give me a hard time all they feel like & prolong this problem I will win @ the end I always do.
