DHS and DSHS Gail Wineq keeping my son from me for no good reason Salem , Oregon

My name is Jesse Bo Humphreys. I am 24 years old and have a son that is a year and 3 months. I got a call about my son getting taken from his mother because she was on meth and struck my child. After that they wanted me to go though cope class and an evaluation. I have my own place and have a job. They told me that If she is capable to take care of him that she could have another chance to get custody. I don't understand why because all her children has been taken from her. the first one because of drugs and my son because of drugs and the 2nd one because the father.
Gail Wineq lied to the interstate compact saying that I was forcing my son to call me daddy, when all i was saying was this is daddy i am your daddy and i love you. Also she told them that he was scared of me. Sara Bigalow who is Spokane DSHS was acting like she was there to help me but then gave me excuses about me not getting my son because of my parents and my fiancee's dad. also the smoking in the apartment which i quit that. And that the apartment was to SMALL. I am just starting out, I have a job at Fred Meyers and my apartment. I found out that they only wanted me to have a apartment and job but I guess they lied to me again. I just need someones help. I will not give up on my son no matter how long it takes.
