2. We are now hearing that Linda Dugan got her 2nd DUI in Dallas in November 2008, the same month in which she was fabricating her reports in the Kaufman county courthouse to destroy families.

Because there was no reason to and YET this evil hearted woman gets on the stand repeatedly and tells the judge that I am abusing my child and the gullible, good ole boy judge (Howard Tygrett) buys the package. Further evidence of her guilt: Linda Dugan refused to allow me to film or record the sessions between my son and I at her place. Why? Because then that evidence would clearly show that there is no abuse transpiring. I personally asked Dugan several times for permission to record the sessions to which she refused. Linda Duggan did work for me, and everything listed is completely true.  Depending on who is going to pay her the most money depends on which parent will be hurt.  It has zero to do with the kids, but everything to do with how Linda Duggan will pay her bills.  Three DWI's don't just go away.  Do your research and see how much one DWI cost????  She has to support her habit somehow. You don't get three DWI's because of bad luck either.    Court system really needs to investigate this womans background and motives.
