This woman plays the victim well. She moves from one guy to the next using the last as the reason she is so angry and unstable. She pits them against each other. Fitzgerald helped get her on disability and was the real old school for better of for worse type. He stuck by this wacko despite her illness. He fought for her and her daughter in court and took responsability for the kid who was no better than her mother. She savagely perused Bob. She promised him she would change and get into therapy. I tried to talk him out of it, but he felt a responsibility. Now he's doing his best to get away from her and she wont let go. She's putting his life in danger add I have told him he needs to move as far away as he can, but he's not in the position to due so. I hope he gets out before one of these crackpots just up and shoots him. DuBois went as far as to call in a terrorist threat to a church while a youth-group was there and she was never charged with anything. I am here with him on a short visit and I'm trying to help him as muchg as I can, but she is a very unstable person and knows no boundaries as she has gotten away with everything up to and including aiding in a homicide attempt.

  I hope he can get himself away soon. I'm also trying to convince him to change his name. He doesn't need a stalker chasing him around forever. I do hope that pages like this bring awareness to this woman so other men have a heads up. Fitzgerald was with her for over 10 years and she did this too him. She actually loved this guy, imagine if she doesn't love the next one. Hope she gets locked up soon for the sake of all.

I think you have a duty to warn others if you know someone who's  a sociopath. Sociopaths are dangerous because they are unable to empathize or show compassion!

Once and for all Bob Fitzgerald needs to stop lying about me and now Rebecca. Every nite for years Bob would tell me how he would  torture me and Rebecca kill us and feed us to the "gators". He got drink every night in front of the computer where he started fights with people online he loves ton fight craves it and was drunk from the morning till the afternoon took a quick nap when his students came to our home two of them and then go back and get drunk the rest of the night and burn food on the stove. Then he would wake my daughter and I up and tell us how he was going to kill us and my ex-husband and then commit suicide. He is a liar!! I was never commited anywhere except the prison i lived in with him. He insisted on cutting my hair so he could collect it when he finally left the house by court order i found over 40 bags of my hair around the house hidden. he is a very sick man who cannot move on who still lives with his mommy and daddy if i have been married more than once at least someone wanted to marry me no one will ever marry him and he has bad hygeine his office chair "STUNK" when he stood up and he only took a shower once a week it was disgusting!!! He lost buisness at Club Boom because he called the manager "DrunK" yelling and screaming but the funny thing is he always blames someone else for his problems he never takes responsibility for anything ever!! He tried to commit suicide in California thats why he has those "Scars" on his arms knife marks from where he cut himself I had to cal 911. But he lies about that too, he tells people he nslide down a telephone poll, and the want to believe it, wouldnt you? This guy is a Liar a cheat a con artist sold drugs in California at the Little Rock Bar Sherman oaks California, married an allegal alien and she paid his bills. Bob left Marcie twice and she followed him. Bob worked hard and had multiple jobs Marcie never worked. Bob is avoiding this site like the plague. Bob was far from abusive and DuBois has a long history of con jobs against the system. Bob tried to reverse the decision about property as DuBois fraudulently claimed they had no propertty and even claimed their $6000 vehicle was worth $1000 dollars. He was more than done with her the last time I spoke with him and he was getting ready to leave her. As far as telling their daughter he was going to kill her I can guarantee that is just another con job. Dubois is no victim. Big question, why would she have left Bob alone with her daughter so much if a tenth of this were true. I stayed in touch with Bob in the end because he wanted help. DuBois will say or do anything to cover her tracks. She is a con artist and a grifter. You can't believe a word she says. She's already been proven a liar.

Why did she claim he was not given his Black belt certificate from Frank Trejo when it was proven he was?

In their divorce why did she claim they had no property then fight to keep it all?

Why did she claim he was abusive for 14 years when they did not even know each other that long?

Why would the police lie and say she assaulted him in 2004?

Why did her brother try to murder his ex wife?

Why did she make 30 false reports against her ex husband and we should believe her now?

Why did she move 3000 miles to be with such an abusive person?

Why is she on SSDI for psychological disorders?

Why did she claim Fitzgerald was on felony probation when it is her boyfriend that is.

She can try to discredit all of us all she want's, fact is we have her number and she's a fraud. Bob was way too good to her and she should be ashamed at what she continues to do, but if she acknowledges she has done what she has she'd never be able to show her face in public again. Bob said that was why she did not come clean the last time she pulled this crap. There have been a dozen lies that has been debunked with proof in favor of Bob. Where is the facts to back up DuBois? There are none, because DuBois made up all of this garbage after the fact.

Bob is not the one who creates fictitious friends. Bob is on the record in Volusia county as saying he did not want anything to do with Marcie and he has moved on. the first report on Rip Off was by another man Marcelene had harassed not Bob. Bob responded to the mass of lies posted by DuBois. DuBois is on SSDI for Psychological disorders, this is a fact. If half of what DuBois said about Bob was true Bob would be doing ten years, he got simple battery which is a petty issue in the state of Florida. Bob tried to get his property back and DuBois refused to give it up. Marcie has a history of false reports, a long history. The allegations of child abuse are obviously false as would be proven by the fact the prosecutor refused to peruse a felony or further jail time. It is a matter of record on 1/02/2002 DuBois was taken to charter Oak on the Bakers Act. She can lie all she wants she is the one who will not move on. Bob was the one abused and has many friends willing to come forward. I have read the transcripts from the last time DuBois had him arrested, she provided no evidence and the prosecutor was directed by the Judge, Beck, to bgin prosecuting "These false reports." DuBois shopped around to the judges to get Bob arrested and was admonished in court for that. Fitzgerald lost his position at "BOOM" Fitness because DuBois filed a false restraining order against Daryl Fromm or at least that was the story from the administration of the company. There are multiple evaluations on both Fitzgerald and DuBois and DuBois has been determined to have multiple disorders and has never been cleared by a proper evaluation for substance abuse as Bob has. Bob has suffered at the hand of this woman for years. She is a user and if she thinks Bob still has feelings for her she is delusional. Any man that could be with this woman would have to have serious self esteem issues.

Marcie knows exactly who I am. I do not need to fake anything for anyone. She needs to get a life and leave Bob alone. She tried her best to destroy Bob because he told her he was going to leave and she could not handle that. She and her daughter have a scorched Earth policy and have no remorse for any of the vile things they do. The reason Bob has so much back up is because he actually has friends, he has no need to invent them as DuBois does. This is what happens when you treat people right. Bob is a good friend and does not lie or use people. Marcie is a con artist and a user who needs to get a life. Dr. Rotstien of Daytona Beach, very reputable man, claims DuBois suffers from psychosis. She is on SSDI for psychological disorders. It's not difficult to see who's telling the truth, especially when DuBois has been proven to be a liar time and time again in this forum alone. I look forward to seeing DuBois do time for her crimes, the least of which is grand larceny.

Finally if you look up Bob’s pictures you can see he has moved up from the likes of DuBois. DuBois has taken a serious drop in stature. Her family is full of criminals and drug addicts. Bob has been cleared of substance abuse and has a long history of work with the community and children. DuBois is a pathological liar. Marcie, you needs to get over it, Bob want’s nothing to do with her regardless of her delusions. No sane man would want her. all Bob ever wanted was his families property back and his property. Pretty sick for this woman to insist on hanging on to his personal things. Look into her family history and it’s likely she is using it for the purpose of witchcraft. Bob told me a very disturbing fact about this witchcraft, DuBois claimed to have been raped by a demon. She has no credibility and again, she needs to be removed from society for the safety of herself and others. The order she has against Bob was based on lies and the Judge who issued it has a history of Judicial Misconduct, look up Linda Marie Sacks and Sacks V Sacks.

I’m here for Biketoberfest and I hope this matter resolves before I leave, but most likely in character of DuBois’ disorder she will keep it going as a way to remain attached to Bob. If I was the man in DuBois’ life I’d be asking why she spends so much time focused on him?

  I would also like to see some proof to back up DuBois' claims aside from her word since her word has been blown to shreads. If she were telling the truth she would never had needed to lie in the first place.

The list against DuBois is endless and she has several aliases. Not the sign of a woman on the up and up, this is why she is referred to as a "GRIFTER". She took Bob for everything and used his families home for years and now is fighting off foreclosure with a woman who also has committed fraud and submits fraudulent documents to the courts. Career criminals folks, look out.


I have served my country with distinction and hope DuBois can at least pretend to have enough class to respect that. In another country she would not be free with these types of lies. God have mercy on her soul.

I was in school with Rebecca for a while and she told everyone her mother was a drunk. She talked so bad about her mother it was not funny. I trained with Bob at their home on a regular basis and Marcie was drunk half the time in the early afternoon. Bob was always sober. I can't stand to see the bulls*t being said here about Bob. Marcie is full of crap and Rebecca had a reputation for being a giant bullsh*ter.  Marcie treated Bob like crap in front of us all. We are all glad he has moved on. Asfar as who the loser is, Bob works out of a space in Lake Helen and works with the Heartbeat Boys. Several of us have been there and have worked with the boys and Bob. These boys are on their way to the top. Marcie has never worked and is a drunk and Rebecca has become a slut. Enough is enough. I kept quiet too long. No Marcie I am not Bob and you can't disrespect us any more. You and Rebecca are trash. Bob has a pretty new young girlfriend get over it. He's doing great, leave him alone. You've done enough to him. We all know you lie.

The police arrested my friend, Bob based on lies Marcie Dubois told. He has all the proof he needs to prove that things she said were not true. She has a pattern of this behavior which Bob has been able to prove over and over. All the evidence is online. She threatened to ruin his life when they broke up and that's what she continues to try to do. She tells him to move on and then shows up at his work and his parents' house. Marcie claims she was afraid of him, and that he threatened to kill her but in 2007 when they were in the process of divorce, Marcie filed a petition with the court asking to have the divorce dismissed. Just another example of her lying to serve her own end. Bob has no desire to be with her and neither does anyone else, hence the 4 divorces! The only relationship/marriage she's ever been in that lasted more than 2 years was with Bob and he felt sorry for her... and he does not want to talk to her, reconcile or attempt to harm her or her daughter. (and if you've seen her daughter you'd understand why! eeeeeeeewwww!!) She was lucky to have Bob in her life and she now realizes that hence the stalking. Get over yourself woman, no one wants you, not even Jerry! 

Damn bro, your ex is a dumb c**t. She can barely string together a sentence and her spelling is worse than a 1st grader- embarrassing. It's called spell check you stupid bitch! If Bob was so abusive, constantly drunk and smelled so bad, as you allege then wtf were you with him for 14 years? or is it 12? or 10? what is it today? Clearly you're not very bright. 50 years ago you would have starved as a result of your stupidity.

From the reports, I've read not one thing that you've said is credible. Bob and his friends, yes unlike you he has friends, and they use their own accounts, have posted several incriminating reports including a police report that show's you were the aggressor and that you were drinking wine at home, by yourself, at 4am...alcoholic! An observation from a child service worker that clearly states you are emotionally abusing your daughter and proves that you have a pattern of making false allegations against everyone, in this case your daughter's father and more recently Bob and complaints from neighbors that show not only that you're severely disturbed but that you should be locked up. You on the other hand haven't managed to prove anything except that you can't spell and you have no friends. What a sad, stupid, immature, vindictive b**ch you are. 

I guess I started this fire storm, but it had to be done. The woman and her kid are a menace to society. They kill everything they touch. I found this online today. It may explain why Rebecca is so messed up. It seems to prove that DuBois is a child abuser and not Fitzgerald as she says. I'd love to see the whole file, but here it is. Rosa Cobel's conclusion in the report mentioned above is now online, Marcelene DuBois is a child abuser. Love to hear the whole story.

The following is a copy I found of a statement from a case worker who found Marcelene DuBois unstable and a police report that shows she was mugged and not attacked by her ex husband. I told you all she was crazy. She paraded these bruises around for months to anyone who would lokk and claimed her husband was the only real man left in the world.

  What a wacko. She also said she was not  dissabled and said I made that up in the first report, look at the occupation portion of her statement. My kid tells me everything and this woman showed her bare ass to my child. She first blamed the bruises on Daryl Fromm, then latter on her ex husband. She was going to work it for something. STAY AWAY FROM THIS WOMAN!!!!!!
