I had the same experience as the previous responder!  This place is the worst.  They charge you for every single thing.  If you get locked out, they charge you $50 to come unlock your door.  If you lose your garage remote, they charge you $25 for another one.  They take all or most of your security deposit, no matter how great you leave the apartment.  Another past tenant actually paid for a professional cleaning crew to come in and clean, they they still charged her a cleaning fee!  Multiple tenants have also been told they had "extra keys they didn't return," and have been charged for those mystery keys, as well. 

The female property manager is a nightmare - her name is Eli.  She will make your life miserable if she decides she does not like you.  They have video cameras all over the building, so you feel like you are being watched by "big brother."  Heard accounts from other tenants that the property manager actually watches the cameras from home...really? 

They have different rental rates for different people, even given the same apartment size. It is far from ethical.  The owner, Isaac Hakim, is no better.  I heard many accounts of him turning his back on his word w/ tenants more than a few times.  His word is not his bond. 

I would never live in such a strange place again...its beautiful on the outside, ugly on the inside.  The first account about security deposit happened to me, too.  I had/have pictures to prove how nice I left the unit.
