The Landing Apartments Fraud Gastonia North Carolina

My family use to live in 2216 E., The Landing Apartments located in Gastonia North Carolina. We lived in these apartments for two years; for the first year everything was okay. Following changes in management everything went down hill, never was able to get maintenance to fix repairs, always received late notice on my door requesting payment of rent even though my rent had been paid. I was always told that such notice was placed in error. Sometime around October/ November 2004 new management took over; for the reason that previous management “husband and wife” was arrested on site for theft. Soon after, I as well as numerous other tenants received notice for eviction this time I was furious because new management stated that I our rent for several months June, July, August, September and October. I appeared in court in December 2004 and proved that I had NEVER missed a payment nor had I EVER been last on my rent. The female representative for the apartment complex then stated that she only filed this eviction due to what there system was showing and she would gladly resolve this issue. For reason unknown now it shows on my credit that I owe The Landing Apartments $183. What a rip-off, here it is four years later 2008, once again having to prove that I don't owe The Landings anything for the month of June 2004.
