Pull up at the drive through and order a simple whopper jr with cheese for my son. Get and hand it to him to eat on the way to practice. only prob -- NO CHEESE. luckily we were still in the lot and went back in the drive thru. no appologies, no "here is a free drink or onion ring", nothing

this was just the last trip. many times there is something wrong with order

seriously? you think you should be reimbursed with a free onion ring or a free drink because you didn't get cheese on your sandwich, which saved you .30 cents anyway?? do you even REALIZE how many whopper jr.s are sold every day? it is possible for people to make mistakes, is it possible that you didn't specify that you wanted cheese on your sandwich? you do understand that it doesnt automatically come on there, and if I had been taking your order, I would've charged you for it when you came back through.
