I recently left this company.  We had received to 100% scores; which is supposed to translate into a small incentive to the tune of $20-$30.  I was told I will not be receiving my incentive because I left the company before the owner had cut the check.  I was employed while the 2 100% secret shopper scores were received.  So by all means i should be entitled to the incentive.

On Average we they are secret shopped twice per week.  Lets say for instance you received a 100% score on the 31st of march (wed) and then another 100% score on the 2nd of April (friday).  You should be entitled to a cash bonus for receiving two 100% scores in a week; but one is disqualified because the second came in a new month.  Pathetic isnt it.
