Mcdonalds Unsanitary drinks, beware of the iced tea Fresno, California

I visited this McDonald's at 8 pm on Sunday, February 27th 2011. My family and I stopped to get dessert through the drive through, a couple chocolate shakes and I got a iced tea.

When I got the iced tea it tasted a little old; which I didn't think too much of. About a hour later when  I took a sip and got a mouthful of what i'd describe as gunk, in texture it felt like spit. I opened up the gunk and inside the cup was a mass of dark brown gunk. It smelt rotten and from what i've learned from my parents it comes from improper maintenance

I understand things happen; what if I wasn't young and healthy... What if I was someone who didn't have a strong immune system? I called soon as I found this; and got bushed off; I was told they could 'check' and call back. I called back a half hour later; and no one would answer. I kept calling and someone finally picked up about 15 minutes later. she said they dumped the tea and again sort of shrugged it off. I plan on taking the drink in and asking for the store manager in the morning This isn't right, this isn't safe; this isn't the service that should be receiving from such a large and well known company
