While I think the odds are better of someone winning the lottery on the same day they get struck by lightning while skydiving out of a plane, than the chances this report is real.
On the outside chance it is you have a lot of "issues" you should seek immediate counsling on. And as a suggestion if your kids are hungry don't go to a place and order something that takes 15-20 minutes to cook.

Too many times we are treated like this by greasy teens and we take it and pay for it. At least you took what was yours up front instead of waiting for a manager to rectify the situation later when you would prefer to not even return there. How old was the punk you slapped? I say more beatings and less meddling from the public over how you teach your kids. That's what is wrong with these teen fast food pricks, no one ever hit them and now they think you owe them your life because they did their job and served you, and if you don't bow down to them they are just too lazy and dumb to do what they are being paid to do. I applaud your actions, Miss!

The address on this Pizza Hut is Pittsburg, Pa and the Zip is 34653. I live in Pennsylvania. I do bulk mailings. All Pennsylvania zip codes start with the number "1". Also there is no Pittsburg...there is a Pittsburgh and it zips all start with 152##. The zip code listed is 34653 I looked it up. It is for "New Port Richey, FL".
You either made the whole story up or made up the address so you are not charged with theft. I believe the story, but the address was made up because what you did is steal. Sad you child even knew better.
Even if the service is unsatisfactory, what you did is consider theft of services. You complain to the manager of that Pizza Hut. If you were busy that day, you could have paid the bill and then called at a more convenient time for you and explained the situation.
You were being impatient with the staff the whole time you were there. I don't see how you can complain about pizza taking 20 minutes to cook. If they were busy of course you have to wait a few minutes for a seat. Maybe next time they can seat you at a dirty table...don't think you'd like that either.
I worked my way through school. Waitressing is harder than it looks. It is not fun when you have a customer think they are better than you and have that customer treat you like garbage. I have a career that pays very well. I would never demean the people who make less. If it were not for the people that do lower paying jobs (or what you think is lower pay) how would that work get done? NO ONE is better than anyone just because of money...I appreciate what I have because I know what hard work is.
I hope the guy who runs this site looks into reports. I feel this is report abuse. I'm not sure how you were ripped off but some Pizza Hut was. The real address is not posted because you know it was theft. I Just want the person who runs this to know this is abuse...

I found this report on the ticker on the home pg and just had to read it.
I'm sure the employees of Pizza Hut really enjoyed your tirade about your sense of entitlement, Complain265, and found it so touching. BTW, how do you know the manager makes less than you do? Did you have the audacity to ask the manager what their salary is?
Seriously, did you actually walk into a Pizza Hut and state that you are better than the lowly workers (I'm being sarcastic here) who work there, just because you are a registered nurse??? ROFL You probably had an attitude with them from the beginning after being peeved at your ex and took it out on those poor employees just trying to do their job, not to mention taking it our on your own child.
Many moons ago I was a waitress at a Pizza Hut in Tyler, TX. I was only paid $2.75 an hour plus tips. Suffice it to say working at Pizza Hut does not pay too well in tips. The most I ever made in tips was $9 from a party of nine people.
I can't believe they actually put up with your crap. If you had went to the one I worked at, you probably would have been asked to leave because of your rude behavior alone. As for skipping out on the bill and slapping your child when he had to play parent and try to correct your bad behavior, you wouldn't have even made it out the door before the cops were called on you. You would have been wearing a nice set of silver bracelets by the time it was all said and done, and using all that money you claim you make, bailing yourself out of jail. I'm surprised they didn't give you your free coupon just to shut you up.
FYI 20 minutes is usually the norm to be seated and wait for your pizza to be served. If it's busy it may take even longer. If your kids were that hungry go to McDonald's. For someone as smart as you claim to be, you should know how long it takes to order a pizza and wait for it.
And BTW no I am no longer employed with Pizza Hut. That was over nineteen years ago. Now I have a paralegal degree in corporate law, as well as a medical transciptionist degree. I am also a children's lit writer and own my own company. So much for your insinuation of employees of Pizza Hut being inferior to you, huh?

lady i promise you as a pizza hut employee that you would not be allowed by any means to treat one of us like you claim you did on this day......some proof of your visit would be nice. just because you are a nurse does not entitle you to treat any other person, EVER!, like you say you have, we are people to and do not simply live at pizza hut to make sure you are happy, we have bills to pay and by you walking out your server may have been responsible. at our store we have all types of people, from teachers to full time students working on becoming doctors and i hope, sincerely from the bottom of my heart, that you will someday be treated the way you have treated another human on that day. it is rude and it makes you a terrible example as a mother and as a person, and if your children are lucky, their father will get custody over your crazy self and they will be given the upbringing they deserve.

You seem to think that you are somehow "special" simply because you're a member of the medical community.
You re not.
Given your dubious "logic", if two people came into your ER, one with a shotgun wound who was a member of Joe Public, and one with a non-lethal hangnail who was a prominent politician. The politician would been seen first before the Joe Public who was suffering from a potentially fatal gunshot wound. Because, you know... they're *important* and all...

I am ashamed that some one working in healthcare would have such little self-control. I too work in ICU, CCU, NICC and other hospital floors as a therapist. Your conduct at Pizza Hut, on many points, is so disgusting. How quickly do you respond to your patients in pain? 5, 10, 20 minutes or possibly "forget". Delays fixing a beeping I.V. are acceptable to you but the fact a pizza couldn't be prepared in a few nano-seconds is revolting. There are problems in healthcare. Unfortunately, there are too many nurses, x-ray tchs, even RT's who should not be working in a hospital or clinic. I just hope that you aren't a registered nurse. You may be an R.N. (registered nut). I would have had you arrested for slapping your kid. Thanks, to people like him, who know right-from-wrong, will be taking care you and my older friends. Working teens, by the way, need all of our respect .
