Effectur Did not repersent me with the IRS but took money from my bank account of 2111.50 Greensboro North Carolina

Effectur said they would do an offer an compromise with the IRS but athey only came back with a payment plan. The IRS put a levy against me and when I call to say I was making payments, They said they had not talked to Effectur and did not know who they were. I set up a payment plan that took all of 2 mins. and the IRS and I are now in good standing and they stated there would be no more notices of leavy.Effectur will not return my calls. The bank is investagating and will try to get back some of my money. The account has been stopped to avoid more withdrawl.
