I paid IC Services $464 to assist me in receiving a Government Grant to start a Home Based Business. After waiting about 14 weeks I have not received a phone call, letter or e-mail from them with any status on the Grant. When you call their phone number it says "the number you dialed is blocked". It appears that they have just stolen my money and disappeared and I am not the only person they have done this to.
