This company totally discriminates against all black people! I know the owners personally, and have heard the owner, Shannon Cowell, on many occaisions say she would never hire a black person! She won't ever even show a house to a black person.

Beware of this company heading for a Fair Housing discrimination lawsuit!

These allegations are completely FALSE!!

Not only are these statements against me 100% UNTRUE - this report was not even written by Rudy. I spoke with Rudy once I saw this report and he assures me he did not write this....nor does he feel that way about me.

I do not hate anyone.

I hold myself to the Highest Standards and have never had any complaints against me.
Cowell & Associates follows the CODE OF ETHICS and ABIDES BY THE EQUAL HOUSING OPPURTUNITY GUIDELINES we do not discriminate against anyone for any reason especially not because of Race, Color, Religion, Sex, Handicap, Familial Status or National Origin.
This posting about me does hurt my feelings but I am confident that those who know me or meet me in the future will confirm that this claim made against me was made out of spite and this will not affect my reputation in a negative way.

I am sure you will find that Cowell & Associates is a group of Professional Realtors who work hard and enjoy selling Real Estate! None of Cowell & Associate's Agents would work for me if I were the type of person described by "Rudy"!!!!
