Because of the recent right wing attempts to bring down the Acorn sites, there was no choice but to close the office and return the money to our federal goverment. we are all sorry to see such an organization leave alabama, but this is the age of smear poltics.

Was it right wing folks who FORCED the ACORN buffoons to tell someone how to hide a prostitution business and get a mortgage?  Was it right wing folks who IGNORED the statement that UNDERAGE KIDS were going to be brought in from South America to WORK IN THE HOME as prostitutes?

Was it right wing buffoons who are facing charges for signing up "micky mouse" and others to vote in various states?

Right wing attempts.  Yeah right.  Oh but I forget!  It was the "right wing" who hired Monica Lewinsky to "bring down" (pun intended) Bill Clinton.

You should watch the videos of what ACORN was doing.  As an overtaxed taxpayer, I want all tax payer funding to these clowns stopped.

If you want to fund ACORN, go for it and send them a personal check but I would rather keep my money for myself and the charities I prefer then fund this bunch.
