US Gov. - Marine Corps - Commandant Of The Marine Corps Gen. Conway CMC is forcing those Chicago area Marine Corps League members to cough up $ 20,000. to host one week of military shows to kiss Mayor Daley's butt here in Chicago. A huge waste of tax payers money too. Washington District of Columbia

Several key members of the Marine Coordinating Council have been twisting arms in order to meet the deadline of $ 20,000.00 in order to host a military seminar(s) in and around the city of Chicago, IL this coming week.

At this rate - its no wonder that the citizens around this country have been complaining about "pork projects".

You can include this with the flyover in NY too.

Now we understand that the Commandant wants to force Marine Corps Leaguers to pay all over the country for the exhibits.

What is going on here ?

If its recruiting - then the Marine don't have to worry about that.Mission(s) numbers are there.

But to further allow a former felon into the armed forces is another issue.

Let's not kiss the Mayor's ring or host this false front here.

Save your money, support our kids overseas and move on.

What a waste!
