World Wealth Distribution Office Grant Information Eligibility Labrador OLD Internet

I applied for information online through LaWorks for school grant programs and recieved a letter from World Wealth distribution Office.  It alerted me about the application in consignment of $25,000.00.  A $10.00 fee was required to recieve information about other Federal, state, and private scholarship programs, but to this day no other information has been recieved except for another application requesting the same information.  I am sure that the proper authority would be able to trace the information for the ten dollars was paid via bank account to another bank account.  There should be more security and warnings, when companies are allowed to target or  state and federal websites to give information or tag/enter onto state and federal websites  as legitimate  information.
