al perez, gary mannion alp dynamics inc breach of contract on a reality television show they were filming and editing levittown, New York

Gary Mannion went into a joint venture with "TRU" to film a reality T.V. series about their music school. "TRU" purchased a high-definition camera for the production.  There was a written agreement that 12 one hour episodes was to be filmed and edited and that there was a financial agreement. Gary later brought in Al Perez, from alp dynamics, inc  (also known as Anibal Perez) and they formed DMAG, dynamic Media Arts Group.  Gary Mannion filmed and edited along with Al Perez from ALP dynamics, Inc. 

When it came time to speak to television executives to sell the series, Gary Mannion and Al Perez totally disregarded the terms of the agreement, which was signed and agreed upon.   When asked why they couldnt live up to the initial signed agreement, Gary Mannions answer was "This isnt the "norm" for the business", totally not making mention of the signed agreement that he actually wrote!!!  

Along with the television show, "TRU" was supposed to get a Television commercial, video for their website, etc.  None of this was delivered.  "TRU" did invest 7,500 to get Gary Mannion a High-Def camera in which he didnt have, and thousands in expenses that was given to Gary Directly.  "TRU", as per the agreement,  is also the owner of the footage.

When you try to reach Al Perez and Gary Mannion, they dont return phone calls and emails.  

We strongly suggest people stay away from Gary Mannion and Anibal Perez. Gary mannion is a gypsy who owns nothing,  but Al Perez is the owner of Alp Dynamics.  Equally as crooked as mannion. .  With these two crooks, a contract means NOTHING!.  Dont give them any money up front!!!
