Inland Empire Community Festival Annette Bryant of the supposed Inland Empire Community Festival is a scam artist Internet

We were repeatedly assured of the validity and this event by Annette Bryant. The event was canceled 30 minutes prior to the official start time due the city shutting down the event according to Annette.

I spoke the Deputy City Manager and he informed me that they gave her ample time to comply and she failed to do so, so they shut her down.

She told us to file a claim for a refund which she would not dispute. True to her word she didn't. What she did do was make sure there was no money to draw from.

I will sue. Not only did we pay $900+ but we lost money on a hotel reservation we didn't need and the additional food we purchased before the start of the event.
