Cindi Chiudoni, also goes by the name Cynthia Chiudoni.
Ms Chiudoni was contracted as a 1099 worker by Forerunner Promotional Partners to hand out Ice Cream for a regional bank on July 17th, 2009 -- in Groton, CT. The promotional gig was for 6 hours from 11am-6pm. Ms Chiudoni left her assignment at 4:30pm as reported by the associate she worked with that particular day.
On August 10th her check was cut and mailed -- the same day she chose to file her grievance report. Anyone that wishes to contact me via our company website can do so for proof of all I have written.
As for Cindi or Cynthia I wouldn't doubt that she is a former model and as far as her demands I believe I summarized her issues as the level of this work being lower than the type of work she is accustomed to -- this was not Runway Modeling or Trade Show work - this was "Street Promoting".
Personally I find Ms Chiudoni's complaint not only without merit, I find this complaint mailicious and as a small business owner defenseless to an attack of this nature by any individual. Ms Chiudoni signed all our Agency Agreements which are on file -- here is an excerpt of what Ms Chiudoni signed -- [You will receive payment the longer of 30 days from the date your invoice is received by Forerunner Promotional Partners or within 60 days of Forerunner Promotional Partners receipt of payment from the client.] -- all our agreements are reviewed and approved for use by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
It's one thing to use the internet but for crying out loud -- use your correct name. Our attorneys have advised to persue legal action against this site as well as any person that files a report against Forerunner that cannot be validated by that person.
I have no issue with consumer advocacy as long as in this case someone was actually ripped off -- in the case of this complaint however the contractor was not ripped off, and received her payment in 3 weeks, which was well within the terms of the agreement she signed.
