The rep told me to shut up when I kindly explained the error on my account. I asked to be credited for the amount that was deducted from me which Is basically stealing. He treated me like a dog and hung up on me. Let me make something clear, all of the reps are really rude and rush you off the phone. Don't listen and lack fluency in English. Too expensive to be treating people like that. They dont believe me? Try calling for info, take your time to address your concerns and you'll see how quickly they will cop an attitude and try to rush you.

It's sad because it's an ok chat line expect that if you log on everyday you'll notice it's the same people everyday and a couple new ones maybe. The only girl I met was nothing like she described which is common but the point is. Too expensive, deceptive billing, and terrible customer service for the men at least. Women don't pay. It's my fault I guess for not catching on the first couple times they screwed me. Thought it was my fault but I confirmed it wasn't this last time.
