SLOTS INFERNO I won some money back in Dec/2011 and I have YET to see any of it. I dont get calls from anyone, I do all the calling. and I get the same response over and over and over "we have so many payouts that Internet

I played slots inferno in Deb/2011 and won some money. It is now Fet 1 and I have yet to see any of it. I called on the status and was told that they were very busy with payouts that I would be notified by email when it was processed. No one calls me, the status hasnt changed and when call I still get the same message. I an FRUSTRATED........I call every day and hear the same thing over and over. Does any one know what I can do to get my money????????If so, please advise.
