Fidelity Merchant Services Inc Dan Gianuzzi Scam artist who rips their employees off and their merchants Internet

This Dan Gianuzzi guy is something else and the community needs to be made aware of him. All of the following are facts and of public record for anyone to verify. He left lots of carnage in Oregon and we see he took it to Idaho. He'll eventaully crash there as well because a leopard never loses its spots.

Dan Gianuzzi claims 25 years of construction experience but it seems more like 25 year of DESTRUCTION experience. In 2008 he was voted "The Worst" of Portland on Angie's List when he operated Danner's Home Renovation (see below).

Kimberly Maus says she encountered several problems when she hired contractor Dan Gianuzzi to repair some water damage in her kitchen. "He installed the cabinets and flooring crookedly," says the news anchor for Fox 12 Oregon. "It looked like a funhouse because it was cockeyed." Maus ended up in civil court in July -- but it was Gianuzzi who sued her.

According to Maus, he wanted her to pay for repairs that she says were a result of his mistakes. Maus never had to pay for those repairs. "Dan didn't show [in court]," she says. Maus isn't the only unhappy customer. Gianuzzi's company, Danner's Home Renovations Inc., has received four "F" Angie's List reports in the past two years for allegedly performing shoddy work.

Maus reports that Gianuzzi's out of business in the Portland area and now lives in Idaho. A call to the company for comment wasn't returned.

In addition, according to the Oregon Construction Contractors Board (CCB) - CCB #160885  DANNERS HOME RENOVATION INC held an Oregon CCB license from 7/30/2004 to 7/30/2008. During that time there were three complaints against the license which resulted in final orders to pay damages to the claimants in the amounts of $17,000.00, $2,000.00 and $301.38 and three Enforcement penalties for $100.00, $600.00 and $700.00.

In addition, according to the Oregon Board of Accountancy - See OAH CASE NOS: 107349, 107350 AGENCYNOW: N-02-057, N-03-001 related CPA Cert and Permit #1824 of Andre Danner Gianuzzi - CPA. CPA status was revoked and he was fined $50,000 for theft from a client (Corinthian Carpet) and lying to the board as follows:
On or about September 21, 1988, Mr. Gianuzzi was known as Duvan Lopez. Under
that name, he pled guilty in the State of California to two felony counts of possession of a
controlled substance. (Id, admission No. 4.)
3. Mr. Gianuzzi changed his name from Duvan Lopez to Andre Danner Gianuzzi. (Id,
admission No. 5.)
4. Between February 1994 and March 1995, Mr. Gianuzzi submitted three applications
to take the Uniform CPA Examination under the name Andre Danner Gianuzzi. In August 1995,
Mr. Gianuzzi applied for a CPA certificate and initial Permit under the same name. (Id,
admissions No. 6, 8.)
5. In each of the four applications, Mr. Gianuzzi was asked, "Have you ever been
· convicted of a crime in any court, other than a minor traffic violation?" Mr. Gianuzzi answered
''No" on each application. (Id., admissions No. 7, 9.)
6. Each of the four applications asked Mr. Gianuzzi to list "Other last names known by."
Mr. Gianuzzi did not state that he had been known by the last name "Lopez."

Now, to make matters worse, Dan Gianuzzi owns another company called Tax Express Trusted Financial Advisors. He claims to have practiced for 10 years as a CPA in Oregon so why is he not a CPA in Idaho? The Idaho Board or Accountancy is aware of him and they receive calls about him each year but since he is not a CPA in Idaho they have no jurisdiction over him; however, one can still file complaints against him in Oregon since he was registered there at one time.

In addition, he had roughly $63,000 of judgments against him in Oregon and $38,000 in judgements against him in Idaho. Plus one eviction on 2011. So ask yourself, would you trust this person as a "Trusted Financial Advisor" for your finances when he clearly can't manage his own?

Try the same thing for Oregon court records.

Then form your own opinion as to whether you would like to do business with him.

People posting false statements on here should be ashamed and punished for the harm they cause.

Anybody wishing to damage the reputation of any business, boyfriend, girlfriend, neighbor or whomever can post whatever they want on this site with or without merit, evidence, or truth. The Department of Justice of many states is pursuing Topix to release the IP addresses (identity) of posters so that leagal proceedings can be filed againt posters for defamation of character, slander as there is punitive damages available for any information posted that is not true even if you are simply passing on the information. The law states that in order to not be liable to someone for making false statements you must do a diligent research of the facts prior to making any statements orally or in writting. 

With that being said, I started Fidelity in Mid Febuary of 2013 and never had an employee until May 2013. We have 3 independent contractors and have never dismissed either an independent contractor or employee from our Company. 

Alisha Morris is a very dishonest and liable for statements made on this site. Alisha and I both worked for Sean Mecham of Phoenis, AZ and I am owed almost $7000 in wages and I am sure Alisha is owed money as well. I was the accountant for the Company and was promised ownership but I received nothing.
