I purchased a set of colorized state quarters.  I received 8 of the promised 10 sets of quarters.  I am missing 2007 and 2008 issues.  I have tried calling, emailing, and searching for these charlatans for two years now.  The Keepsake Memory Set of quarters is useless and worthless without the last ten.  I feel this was a sham from the beginning.
